Order Pick-Ups:
To avoid disappointment when
collecting orders from our warehouse, please note that we will contact
you (normally by email) when your order is ready for pick-up. For
purchases of 'In Stock' items, this is normally the business day after
your order is placed and payment is received.
Please be advised that any return of items to the above address must be pre-arranged, in accordance with our Returns Policy and accompanied by a valid RMA number.
Following confirmation that your order is ready, please collect your
goods at the above address between 10am-4pm Mon-Fri (excluding public
holidays). For security reasons, we require your order receipt (or other
identification) and a signature when collecting goods.
