His Gifts is committed to delivering your orders as fast and efficiently as possible, whether you're in a capital city or remote country area on the other side of the world.
Once payment for your order has been received, we aim to dispatch it within 24 hours (but often on the same day).
Better still, you'll be pleased to know that we offer a flat delivery fee irrespective of order quantity...so whether you're after 1 or 100 items, you pay the same delivery charge (just as long as we're sending your order to one delivery address).
  Please note: The delivery times below should be used as a guide only. Whilst in most cases parcel delivery will occur within the estimated timeframes, in some instances longer delivery times can result from circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and vehicle breakdown.

Premium: 2 business day service - $14.95
Platinum: 1 business day service - $19.95*
All delivery services require signatures upon delivery and offer online tracking - Australia Post and Australian Air Express.

*Platinum Delivery Service - The cut-off time for a next business day delivery is 12 noon WST. For BPay orders and regional deliveries, please allow additional time for shipping. Due to parcel size and weight constraints, this service is not always available.

We currently only deliver to the countries listed above and are restricted from exporting certain items due to their physical nature. The flat shipping fees above do not apply to bulk international deliveries.

Easy Returns
At His Gifts we understand that it's sometimes hard to make a purchase without actually touching and seeing a product (although we think our products pretty much speak for themselves), so that's why we've got a 365 day 'no quibbles money back guarantee' policy. If for whatever reason you're not happy with your product(s), we'll gladly refund you the total product(s) value once we've received the product(s) back at our warehouse – now that's total piece of mind!
Furthermore, don't be concerned with faulty goods, as we provide a 365 day warranty against material defects and workmanship on all our products - this is on top of the 3 - 12 month manufacturers' warranty already provided with many of our products!
If a product becomes faulty or you simply change your mind about your purchase, just complete our simple enquiry form and we'll assist you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Please note: Our 'no quibbles money back guarantee' is not available for personalised products (or orders) and items with a value greater than AU $300.
